פגישת קיק-אוף להבנת הצרכים והדרישות

נתחיל בשיחת עומק במטרה ללמוד על הארגון, התפקיד, והמטרות האסטרטגיות. לאחר שלב זה תקבלו מסמך ניתוח תפקיד מפורט, ותיאור משרה, אשר אלו ישמשו וידריכו אותנו לאורך התהליך כולו.

ניתוח שוק הטאלנט ורשימת פרופילים ראשונית

על פי ניתוח התפקיד אבצע ניתוח שוק הטאלנט באמצעותו הלקוח יוכל להכיר את הטאלנט הקיים בשוק. בנוסף אצור רשימת פרופילים התחלתית, עליה נעבור, ונסקור את הפרופילים השונים במטרה לחדד את הדרישות והצרכים.

בניית פייפליין למשרה, ופנייה למועמדים פוטנציאליים

לפי הפרופיל שהוסכם, אשלח מועמדים רלוונטיים, ולאחר אישור, אבצע פנייה, ואתחיל התקשרות ראשונית, בה אציג  את ההזדמנות, ואוודא התאמה לתפקיד, ולחברה.

הוספת מועמדים ל-"רשימה מקוצרת" ("Short-List").

טאלנט שיימצא מתאים יועבר, עם סיכום אישיותי ומקצועי מפורט. במידה ותרצו להמשיך עם הטלאנט, נכניס אותו לרשימה המקוצרת. לרשימה המקוצרת נכניס עד 10 מועמדים מתאימים ... (מניסיון לא צריך יותר)... והמטרה היא להגיע לפחות עם 2-3 מועמדים לשלבים הסופיים ולחתימת חוזה.

תהליך ריאיונות פנימיים

בשלב זה המועמדות והמועמדים יעברו תהליך ריאיונות פנימי בחברה. החברה תוודא התאמה, והמועמד.ת ילמדו טוב יותר על החברה והתפקיד המוצע.

בחירה סופית

כאן כבר עברנו כיברת דרך, והגענו ל-2-3 הפינאלייסטים שלך, כל אחד ואחת מהם נבחנו ונבחרו בקפידה, ועכשיו הגענו לשלב שצריך לבחור...

חוזה העסקה וחתימה

לאחר שבחרת את המועמד האדיאלי אני אעזור ואתמוך בשלבי החתימה במטרה לוודא שהתהליך עובר בצורה חלקה. מזל טוב! הצלחת לגייס טאלנט שייקח אותך לשלב הבא.
