Based on the job analysis, I’ll conduct a thorough talent market analysis to provide insights into the available talent landscape. From there, I’ll create an initial longlist of candidates for us to review and fine-tune, ensuring we have the right profile in mind.

Targeted Outreach to Top Prospects
With the refined profile in hand, I’ll reach out to top candidates who align with your requirements. I handle the initial engagement, presenting the opportunity and interviewing prospects to ensure they are a strong fit both for the role and your company culture.

Once I’ve conducted my screening and interviews, I’ll present you with a shortlist of around 10 highly qualified candidates. You can then start your internal interview process with confidence, knowing these individuals meet your key criteria.
