About me - Guy Kolb

My career began as a Software Developer, where I honed my technical skills for nearly seven years. This foundation gave me a deep understanding of technology and the unique challenges that come with building and scaling technical teams.


I eventually transitioned into the Recruitment and HR domain, where I’ve been able to leverage my technical background to communicate effectively with management, technical managers, employees, and candidates. I understand their needs and can bridge the gap between talent and opportunity.


Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of working in diverse environments, from global corporations to fast-paced startups, leading recruitment and HR efforts across industries like Cyber and Biotech. I’ve built and led recruitment teams both in Israel and internationally, guiding dozens of talent sourcers and recruiters in using cutting-edge techniques and technologies to support hyper-growth.


In my senior leadership roles at companies like Microsoft and Nucleai, I worked closely with C-level executives to solve strategic challenges and foster strong organizational cultures. At Nucleai, I played a key role in scaling the company from 20 to 120 employees, helping us achieve recognition in Dun’s 100 rankings as one of the Top 20 "Best Start-Up Companies to Work for" and Top 10 "Best Start-Up Companies Promoting Diversity and Inclusion."


I believe in combining strategy with a personal touch, and I’m passionate about helping companies grow by finding the right talent.
